La frase “dev’esserci la luna piena”, è rimasta attuale nel corso dei secoli nel tentativo di spiegare fatti strani avvenuti durante la notte e addirittura, per sottolineare i periodi di follia che si impossessano delle persone. Di fatto, non è casuale che la parola “lunatico” (utilizzata per indicare una persona che si comporta improvvisamente in modo strano) abbia come radice etimologica la parola “luna”.
