Il mercato che sviluppa software dedicati al brain-training (allenamento cerebrale) è in continuo aumento. Da un lato questa crescita risulta positiva, dato che dimostra il nostro interesse nel mantenere attiva la nostra mente, ma dall’altra parte…sono davvero utili tutti questi programmi? Funzionano realmente i software per allenare la mente?
